You can fix all of these problems by updating to v10.1.3, as this version fixes these bugs and a few more. Restarting the Adobe program may allow you to print the document, but intermittent crashes are very annoying. Other times the Adobe reader will crash and burn. Sometimes the PDF file will just fail to print. Users of Adobe Reader v10.1.2 have reported printer problems. There is a scroll bar you can drag on the right side. You can see it by scrolling down in the print dialog box. It is not really missing but is merely hiding. The Print button is “missing” from the print dialog box. It appears that Adobe didn’t think there were many low resolution computer systems currently in use or maybe they simply forgot to take screen resolution into consideration in v10.1.2. If it shows v10.1.2, you may see some problems. A box will pop up and display the version of your Adobe program. Go to Help and select About Adobe Acrobat 10 or About Adobe Reader 10 from the drop-down menu. The popular PDF software v10.1.2 has some notable problems.
